  Terrible Customer service, after querying the price and asking for the guy who done the quote to call me so I could ask him the break down of the quote, the lady on the phone refused to get him to call me saying "the price is the price take it or leave it" as she didn't have a clue what the break down was.... £9.99 per square meter (20 square meters) with free fitting doesn't come to over £300 .... she hung up on me!
