  Terrible.
  
  The person my wife spoke to was rude to her.
  
  And also took 2 hours to do a 45min job. (I’m in the trade and know how long things take).
  
  Lesson learned - do it myself!

  I travelled 30mins to drop my car off for service to be told they couldn't do it. Allegedly they tried to call yesterday but didn't leave a voicemail (others called yesterday and did leave voicemail) Total waste of my time. Poor.
